    		National Honor Society Criteria

    • Scholastic average 4.0
    • Completion of 5 Community Service Projects or Total of 15 hours
      • Community Service Hours - These Projects cannot be school-related activities
      • Documentation for Community Service Hours must be provided through one of the following:
        • certificate
        • letter
        • award 
        • name and number of a contact person
